Meet Bryan Braswell
Bryan was 20 years old when he built his first house, at the request of a good friend. Home building wasn’t something he was 100 percent ready for just yet, although it wasn’t completely out of his comfort zone.
Bryan began working on remodeling and roofing jobs in high school and started his own roofing business when he was 18. So when asked to build his friend a house, he did what most young entrepreneurs would do, he researched the home building process and did his best to make it as cost effective as possible.
That first home building experience was such a success that Bryan built and sold five houses over the next year and a half. Clearly, he had a formula and vision for home building that home buyers related to.
Fast forward several years later, after working for other local home builders, Bryan founded Braswell Homes in 2001 and hasn’t looked back since then. He’s become well-known in the Fort Worth community for creating beautiful high-end custom homes.
